Frequently Asked Questions

Your satisfaction is important to us. Copper Creek Cabinets (CCC) offers a one year warranty on cabinets and a lifetime warranty on hardware during which it may elect to repair or replace any of its products. This warranty is based on normal usage and we ask that you contact CCC as soon as a defect is discovered. Items not covered by our warranty are a lack of maintenance, abuse and ordinary wear and tear. Natural deviations in wood color or grain and fading of finishes exposed to sunlight are typical occurrences that are excluded from CCC’s warranty.

When I place an order, when can I expect the cabinets to arrive?

The ready to assemble cabinets can arrive in as little as 10 days. Our semi-custom cabinets are made to order and will be ready in three to four weeks. We monitor every order and will be glad to give you periodic updates.

Can I purchase just new door and drawer fronts for my existing cabinets?

Yes, we can provide you with any wood species and any door style to apply over your existing cabinets. If you prefer, one of our experienced installers will do the installation for you.

Do you provide cabinetry for rooms other than the kitchen and baths?

Yes, we will do entertainment centers, custom closets, mantels, etc. If you can imagine it we can build it.

What kind of custom closets and mantels do you provide?

We do custom closets in solid or wood grain melamine (low pressure laminate). The mantels are custom made to be painted or stained in any wood species you prefer. We will help you design the closets or mantels and give you a free written estimate.

Will you provide installation?

Yes, we are a licensed, bonded and insured contractor with years of experience. We will give you a written quote in advance stating what the installation will cost.

I am a builder, can I purchase cabinets in a large volume?

Yes, we can provide 1 kitchen or 10 kitchens in the same amount of time. Ask us about our RTA (ready to assemble) cabinets, we can save you a significant amount of money and time.

 What different wood species do you offer?

We are proud to offer Cherry, Maple, Alder, Hickory, Birch, Walnut, European Beach, Knotty Pine, Mahogany, Oak and Poplar. If you are interested in a renewable product we offer Bamboo and paintable products made from wood composites.

Do you offer cabinets in different price ranges?

Yes, we have three basic cabinet lines that overlap. We are able to provide cabinetry for an apartment building or a multi-million dollar home.
